Catalogue-ready

Consistent, sharp parts across a full range.

Our process

Parts sell on clarity, not styling.

A buyer searching for a brake caliper is checking fitment, finish and condition. The image has one job: show exactly what arrives in the box.

1 · Cleanup

Workshop dust, oil marks, packing grease and warehouse scuffs are removed so a new part looks new, without hiding genuine wear on refurbished stock.

2 · Metal & finish

Chrome, alloy, anodised and powder-coated surfaces each reflect differently. We keep the finish honest so a buyer can tell polished from brushed before ordering.

3 · Detail retention

Part numbers, casting marks, thread detail and connector pins stay legible. These are what buyers zoom into to confirm they are ordering the right component.

4 · Consistency QC

Angle, scale, background and shadow are held constant across thousands of SKUs, then checked by a second retoucher so a parts catalogue stays uniform.

Coverage

Built for large parts catalogues.

Aftermarket sellers list tens of thousands of SKUs. Volume and consistency matter more here than styling.

Parts catalogues almost always need clipping paths and background removal on pure white, plus shadow creation and colour correction, delivered ready for Amazon or Shopify. Very large runs start with photo culling, and the full workflow is covered under product photo editing.

FAQ

Automotive Parts Retouching — questions

Can you clean and polish chrome and alloy parts?

Yes — chrome, alloy and metal clean-up with controlled reflections is a core automotive skill.

Do you remove scratches from parts?

Scratch, scuff and dust removal is standard for a catalogue-ready finish.

Can you match colour across a product range?

Yes — we keep paint and finish tones consistent across SKUs.

How do I start?

Send one part image for a free test edit — no commitment.

Can you handle thousands of SKUs?

Yes. With 58 retouchers we run large parts catalogues at an agreed daily throughput, with a dedicated team and batch QC so angle, scale and background stay identical across the whole run.

Will part numbers and markings stay readable?

Yes. Part numbers, casting marks and thread detail are protected and sharpened, because those are exactly what a buyer zooms in to verify before ordering.

How do you photograph black parts on white?

Black rubber and dark plastic lose their edge against white. We rebuild edge separation and add a controlled shadow so the part keeps its shape instead of turning into a silhouette.

Do you name files to our parts sheet?

Yes. Send your SKU or part-number convention and files come back named and foldered to match, so bulk upload needs no manual sorting.
