Retouch Atelier ("we", "us", "our") operates retouchatelier.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. By using our website or services, you agree to this policy.
Images you send are used solely to provide and deliver retouching services. We do not claim ownership of your images. We treat your files as confidential, are happy to work under an NDA, and will delete project files on request.
We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers to operate our business, who process data only as needed: website hosting (Netlify), form delivery (FormSubmit), scheduling and meetings (Calendly, Google Meet), and email. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
We keep your information only as long as needed for your inquiry or our working relationship, then delete it. You may request deletion at any time.
Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise these rights, email atelier@retouchatelier.com.
Our site uses minimal essential cookies. Embedded tools (e.g. our Calendly booking widget) may set their own cookies under their policies.
We operate internationally; your information may be processed outside your country. We take reasonable steps to protect it.
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will reflect changes.
