These terms govern your use of retouchatelier.com and the services provided by Retouch Atelier. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
We provide high-end photo retouching and post-production. Project scope, deliverables and timelines are confirmed with you before work begins.
We may offer a complimentary test edit on a limited number of images to demonstrate quality. It carries no obligation to purchase.
Indicative pricing (from –.50 per image) and any calculator estimate are guidelines only. Final pricing depends on complexity and volume and is confirmed in writing before work starts.
You confirm you own or have the right to use any images you send us. You retain ownership of your images and the final retouched files. You grant us a limited licence to process and edit your images to deliver the service. We may display anonymised before/after samples in our portfolio only with your permission or where no confidentiality applies — we will honour any NDA or opt-out.
We keep your files and project details confidential and are happy to sign an NDA.
Turnaround times (e.g. 24–48h) are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on volume, complexity and timely receipt of materials.
Payment terms are agreed per project. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice.
Reasonable revisions are included as agreed in your project scope.
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected work, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, where Retouch Atelier is based. We aim to resolve any dispute amicably first.
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will reflect changes.
