Attach up to 10 images and we confirm the exact rate within one business day. First five images are edited free, so you see the quality before any money moves.
Is this the final price?
No — it is an honest estimate built from our published rates. The final number depends on how much work each image actually needs. A flat-lay on white and a ring with eight stones both count as one image, but they are not the same job. We look at your images, confirm a rate, and hold it for the run.
Why does volume change the rate so much?
Because setup cost is fixed. Building a style spec, briefing retouchers and calibrating QC costs the same whether you send 20 images or 2,000. At higher volume that cost spreads thinner, and we can reserve daily capacity instead of slotting you in. That is the discount — it is not a bulk gimmick.
What counts as rush?
Anything you need back inside 24 hours. It costs 25% more because it means pulling retouchers off scheduled work and running QC out of sequence. If your deadline is genuinely 3–5 days, take the relaxed rate — we would rather you pay less and we schedule better.
Do I have to pay for the test edit?
No. Send five images, get them back edited, and judge the quality before anything is agreed. If the work is not right, you owe nothing and you keep the files.
What if my project mixes services?
Most do. Pick whichever service is the bulk of the work for the estimate, mention the rest in the notes, and we price the mix properly in the confirmation.
How do I send large files?
The uploader on this page handles up to 10 images at full original quality. For a full shoot, we set up a shared folder in whatever you already use — Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or FTP.
